Zombies…Ate My Neighborhood
Ever since I decided to be a Walker from The Walking Dead for Halloween, I’ve had brains (er I mean Zombies) on the brain. I’ve spent the past few weeks researching makeup techniques used by the Walking Dead artists, learning how to create and apply gore effects, and shredding fake bloody clothes. This entire process has taught me that dressing up as a realistic zombie is actually a ton of work. Which may be why I find this video of the world’s largest Zombie parade, shot last week in Chile, quite impressive. Over 12,000 people showed up to unleash their cravings for carnage. These living undead must have put hours into their costumes, all of which are unique, clever, or downright disgusting.
