The Video Dating Tape of Desmondo Ray

I really wanted to post a non-animation clip this week, but in looking around I came across this hybrid piece from Steve Baker, who you might remember from An Imaginary Life.

In this piece, Desmondo, who is more like a child than a man aged 33 & 3/4, is submitting himself to that awful ritual of an online dating tape. But something that starts off so goofy and dark ends up taking a sweet turn that pushes the hybrid animation/video format beyond its gimmick.
